Eset Secure Authentication push messages down?

Hi

i have multiple customers reporting that they don’t get push messages to approve login when logging in using Eset Secure Authentication.

Are there any known issues at your end?

It is quite a big issue for us, as the client used is radius, so it is only configured to allow Push messages, so no one can connect right now,

Do you know if it is reported by Android users or iOS users?

I cant tell for sure if it works on android.

The users i have been in touch with are ios users.
