Should the problem persist, please raise a support ticket with your local ESET distributor. As for the performance issue, does it persist if you: - uninstall ESET - run the ESET Uninstall tool in safe mode - install v15 from scratch. I don't know what version I had before. How can I find my last win 7 update. Microsoft has ended support some time ago.
