Administrators Marcos 4,716 Posted July 8, 2021 Administrators Share Posted July 8, 2021 Please provide me with the dump C:\WINDOWS\MEMORY.DMP in a compressed form. If it's kernel memory dump, try to get a complete memory dump as per https://support.eset.com/en/kb380, if needed for perusal.
itman 1,542
According to Microsoft: Quote Corrupted system files and outdated drivers on your computer are one of the possible reasons why this issue is happening, We recommend following the possible solutions in this article to help resolve blue screen errors. https://answers.microsoft.com/en-us/windows/forum/all/bsod-em018k64dll-driver-irql-not-less-or-equal/6e1ecfeb-7eb8-43f6-ad8b-d60aa0fcc574 You might want to run the following from an admin command prompt window: sfc /scannow and see if any corrupted system files were found and replaced. Also recommended; assuming you're running Win 10, would be to run from an admin command prompt window: DISM /Online /Cleanup-Image /RestoreHealth after the sfc scan completes. ESET Moderators Peter Randziak 948 Posted July 13, 2021 ESET Moderators Share Posted July 13, 2021 Hello @CodyH, are you able to reproduce the BSOD i.e. does it happen on a regular basis / often or was it just one-time issue? Peter
