Parental control keeps asking to Enable Parental Control service

After the last update the tablet of my child keeps randomly blocking the screen and asking to "Enable Parental Control service" to keep using the device, when I press Continue it sends me to the Settings screen which doesn't have such option.

You should see it in the list. If not, then it's likely an issue with the system. I'd recommend cintacting customer care in such case to make sure.
