i have test my wsl by removing temporary firewall and it's works i can update apt-get update. now, i need know how to create rules firewall / allow my connection wsl..

Try switching the firewall to automatic learning mode so that permissive rules are created automatically. Should the problem persist, please open a support ticket with your local ESET distributor.

Firewall rules are not automatically created in Automatic mode but only in Learning mode.

In Automatic mode, the Network Trouble-shooting Wizard will record all blocked firewall traffic and the user then must manually select what blocked activity to allow.
