Bad Win 7 Updates

Eset asked me to update win 7, but if i would do it, the PC does´nt work. There are also critical updates.

What can i do?

What if you temporarily uninstall ESET and update Windows 7? Does is work? If not, the issue is unrelated to ESET.

It works actually very good whitout the updates.

Whenever I install these updates the pc does´nt run. And I have no selection to choose which updates I take.

If there is no corelation between the issue and ESET, I'm afraid that it's beyond this forum to assist you with a resolution. Normally we would recommend contacting Microsoft but since Windows 7 was discontinued long ago technical support is not provided.
