License Activation Issue

Hi,

I just wanted to upgrade today from a test license to a full license and I bought licenses from the web site of ESET directly. I got an email with a license key, but for activating the license I need a user name and a password which was NOT provided. After cruising through the support forum here I saw, that this is obviously an unsolved issue,  here is a post from October 2019:

I would like to get a user name / password for activating my license.

Please check your personal messages. The current legacy version doesn't support activation, however, it requires a username and password to update.
