cesarmtz13 0 Posted May 12, 2021 Posted May 12, 2021 Hi, I just wanted to upgrade today from a test license to a full license and I bought licenses from the web site of ESET directly. I got an email with a license key, but for activating the license I need a user name and a password which was NOT provided. After cruising through the support forum here I saw, that this is obviously an unsolved issue, here is a post from October 2019: I would like to get a user name / password for activating my license.
Administrators Marcos 5,458 Posted May 12, 2021 Administrators Posted May 12, 2021 Please check your personal messages. The current legacy version doesn't support activation, however, it requires a username and password to update.
