ESET Protect, don't show new detections

Hi there,

For some time in ESET Protect i can't see any detections, when i was ESET Security Management Center every client sent to server notyfication about threads, nowon is only archival informations

Do you see the last connection of the clients updated in the ESET PROTECT console? If so, what detection is triggered on a particular client that you don't see in the console?

Allmost every clients are still updated. On one of client i saw detections in Eset Endpoint but it wasn't send to ESET Protect

Please provide at least a screen shot of the detection log record from the client.

Why i did't see in detections?

The alert reads "Multiple threats". You must double-click a particular record to list particular detections. Those should be reported in the Detections pane in the console.
