Dana11 0 Posted March 2, 2021 Posted March 2, 2021 Hello, I have just downloaded the last version of ESS and installed it on fresh new windows 10, when i'm trying to update it, im getting "general compile error" on stage 5/31 of the update. I have already tried to change internet / empty the update cache and reinstall, but nothing help..

Administrators Solution Marcos 5,453 Posted March 2, 2021 Administrators Solution Posted March 2, 2021 It is strange that the product identifies as ESET Smart Security and not as ESET Smart Security Premium. I'd suggest carrying on as follows: - uninstall ESET - run the ESET Uninstall tool in safe mode - install the latest version of ESET Smart Security Premium. Let us know if it resolves the issue.
