Firewall is missing for linux

I am using eset antivirus and I am facing problems like duplicate ip address in network , arp cache poisoning attack . Will the future version of eset antivirus include a firewall for linux . I want the complete internet security solution even for linux desktop .

Currently there are no plans to have a product with firewall for Linux. Also I'd like to mention that the current version of ESET NOD32 AV for Linux desktop v4 is in limited support and is not developed any more.
