I don't receive email with Password manager verify code

When I open chrome and I try to add username and password of Password manager,

it asks me the code (that I suppose I would receive by email),

but I don't receive it...why?

I was able to find only a trial license of ESET Parental Control for Android registered with your forum email address. Please provide the public ID of the license that you are trying to add to the Password manager.

Please provide more information about what you have already done.

1, Did you log into the password manager and added a password store?

2, Did you click Create an account and Complete registration?

3, Did you enter the email address associated with the new password store, set up a master password, checked the appropriate box to accept the terms of use and clicked Register?
