Hi,

how do i config Eset File Security 4.5.16 to update from the eset servers (ESMC not available)?

Oracle Linux 7.9

Is mirrortool the only option?

To update EFSL from ESET's update servers, use esets_update as per https://help.eset.com/efs/4/en-US/?esets_update_utility.html.

I'm afraid I don't understand. By default updates are downloaded from ESET's servers. To force update, run esets_update.

If you don't update from a mirror don't use the "--server" parameter.

I was able to find only a trial license for ESET NOD32 Antivirus registered with your forum email address. The license expired 137 days ago. If you have another license which should be still valid, please provide its public license ID.

I was able to solve it. by updating both esets.cfg files with username/password

/etc/opt/eset/esets/esets.cfg

/opt/eset/esets/etc/esets.cfg
