Unable to create a Password store

I just purchased the premium package after my 30 day trial ended. I got the notification that my password manager had expired also. I log onto the password manager website but I cannot create a password store. I also can not log into the browser app. I'm trying to use the same login info as i use to connect to the website but it's not logging in. Just keeps saying invalid username/password. What's causing this?????

Did you upgrade from v13 (PWM v2) to v14 (PWM v3) or you've had v14 installed from the beginning?
