Scan menu missing in ESET Smart Security

Just switched to ESS latest version from Eset nod 32 antivirus,After completed the installation and restart the machine and after that eset GUI always taking more than one minute to show scan options in "Computer scan" tab (Attached screenshot)..This is really annoying what should I do? any ideas will be thankful.

Just to make sure, are you using ESS 7.0.317 and not 7.0.302 or older?
