The person who has the previous license key will not be able to reactivate their Endpoint then since the license key will be changed. I would recommend a safer approach: - we will issue a new license that you will use to re-activate Endpoint - afterwards we will cancel the former license and disconnect seats Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...

kapela86 9 Posted November 19, 2020 Share Posted November 19, 2020 @Marcos I had the same situation and our sales partner said that it can't be done this way, I mean generate new license and then deactivate old one after some time when every seat is reactivated.
