Administrators Marcos 4,712 Posted October 7, 2020 Administrators Share Posted October 7, 2020 Please generate install logs as per https://support.eset.com/en/kb406. When installation fails, provide install logs as well as logs collected with ESET Log Collector.

Administrators Solution Marcos 4,712 Posted October 7, 2020 Administrators Solution Share Posted October 7, 2020 The installers ends with the error "ESET Endpoint Security is not compatible with its updated version of Microsoft Windows." Please make sure that you have the two Windows updates adding SHA-2 code signing support installed as per https://help.eset.com/ees/7/en-US/sysreq.html. Microsoft® Windows® 7 SP1 with latest Windows updates (at least KB4474419 and KB4490628). We strongly recommend upgrading to Windows 10 which is fully supported by the maker and receives important and critical updates to patch vulnerabilities. Unlike Windows 7. Windows 10 also provides features such as AMSI (improves detection of script malware) and protected services (prevents malware from being injected into protected services).
