flashq 0 Posted September 30, 2020 Share Posted September 30, 2020 Hello, I got a problem regarding updating "ERA 6.5 Server" to "ESMC 7.2 Server" through Web Console. I used https://support.eset.com/en/kb6819-upgrade-eset-remote-administrator-63-and-later-to-eset-security-management-center-version-7-using-the-web-console this guide through. Everything went okay except it only isntalled the "ESMC Agent 7.2" I waited for like and half an hour but it didnt do anything. Therefore I needed to install back "ERA 6.5 Agent" so I can see it in ERA Web Console. Iam kinda new to this so I think I might have dont something wrong even though I follwed the official guide. ESET Staff MartinK 378 Posted October 2, 2020 ESET Staff Share Posted October 2, 2020 Could you please verify that your server is meeting criteria / minimal requirement for ESMC 7.2? This is actually the most common problem when upgrading. There has been changes in minimal supported operating systems and database since ERA 6.5 has been released.
