ESET product not opening on pc afer installing. after restart it doesn't even open

I installed windows 10 to my pc and then I installed eset internet security too.on the first boot eset opened as normal,then I updated it.then there was a warning saying "anti virus protection is non functional" and "firewall is non functional" .then I restarted the pc.but after restart ESET didn't even open. then again from the beginig I uninstalled windows and again installed windows and eset too.but same thing happens.how can I get rid of this???

If you manually run "C:\Program Files\ESET\ESET Security\egui.exe", does the UI open?

You could also try removing ESET in safe mode using the ESET Uninstall tool and installing the latest version 13.2 from scratch with default settings.
