As far as I know, the ESMC agent has no public changelog since it merely provides connection between the security product and the ESMC server.

what is the difference than old & new , and why you change agent version every time?

Changes are not communicated explicitly, but most of them are supporting changes in ESMC itself and are crucial for many new functionalities to work properly. For example If I take ESMC 7.2.11 changelog, I have crossed-out changes that do not require new version of ESMC Agent:
