RAT v4 + on my laptops won’t stop!!!!

I have an insane persistent rat completely takes over and administrates all of my machine been through 8 laptops now, also has gotten through to my iPhone I need help!! Who can I send the files to I have the power shell scripts and all the tools they install saved on a flash drive I’m desperate please help
