error communicationg with kernel

I am getting the error " error communicating with Kernel after start.  Then the eset SS 7.0.302.26 stops working. After i start manually with services.msc it starts. But after restart same message apprears. Then if i follow the same above mentioned procedure, then it starts. Needs solution.

Is the service set to automatic? If not change it. If so I would uninstall ESS, reboot, then reinstall.
