Secure your meeting programs with passwords and invite-links to only people who have access should get them , as also you need to do the access list , then after all you don't worry about some kind of hacking, ESET can already protect you if a hacker is trying to infiltrate your PC or camera.

I don't believe ESET has the ability to protect the accounts from being hacker or the conference rooms from being hacked/entered by wrong people.

ESET products already provide well balanced protection with default settings. However, one can improve protection by setting up additional HIPS rules as per https://support.eset.com/en/kb6119-configure-hips-rules-for-eset-business-products-to-protect-against-ransomware. However, these extra rules may also block legitimate scripts, hence they should be applied by those who understand what the rules do and how to fix possible issues stemming from them.

What I would recommend is protecting ESET settings with a password and enabling detection of potentially unsafe applications so that even if a person with malicious intentions managed to take control of the machine, it would not be easy for him or her to disable protection and run malware.
