Administrators Marcos 5,468 Posted February 24, 2020 Administrators Posted February 24, 2020 Please use the Uninstall tool in safe mode as per the instructions at https://support.eset.com/en/kb2289-uninstall-eset-manually-using-the-eset-uninstaller-tool. After starting Windows in normal mode, download and install the latest version of Endpoint Security 7.2.
Sameer 2 Posted February 26, 2020 Posted February 26, 2020 As suggested by Marcos - download the esetuninstaller.exe and copy it to c:\ > start the machine in safe mode with command > then at c:\ execute as follows > c:\esetuninstaller.exe /force (will uninstall everything ESET) OR c:\esetuninstaller.exe (will give option to choose what to uninstall - reboot in norma mode
