Can ESMC be configured to use LDAPS on port 636?

Is it possible to configure ESMC to use LDAPS on port 636 instead of the usual non encrypted port?

AD synchronization when using ESMC server installed on Windows was tested and there should be no issues after mentioned change is applied, but I am not sure of LDAP configuration - it will have to be explicitly verified.
