Maybe Fifa doesn't honor root certificates from the system Trusted root certification authorities certificate store. If you want to keep SSL scanning enabled, switch the SSL scanner to interactive mode (Ask about certificate validity). Then exclude the appropriate certificate from scanning when prompted. Afterwars, switch back to automatic mode (Always scan SSL protocol) and check the box "Apply created exceptions based on certificates" so that the exceptions are applied.
