Duplicate emails in Outlook

I see this has been archived off...

But I see there is no resolution, could someone please advise.

It does look like that when disabling "Read Email" under "Email Client Protection" that this issue no longer happens.

You can contact customer care for a logging version of the Outlook plugin which should help determine the cause of the issue. Most likely there will be no other solution than keeping scanning of sent email disabled and the issue will go away with a reworked plug-in that is currently planned for Endpoint 7.3.
