Andy65 0 Posted November 11, 2019 Share Posted November 11, 2019 (edited) fthis virus is creating problems for me in my win 10 laptop..see the below files...in the first whenever im surfing on http websites the window defender starts warning of coinhive whereas the same is not the case with https websites..see the attached pdf images of private browsing of IE taken as screenshot ater using ctrl plus U key to identify newtorks where in the http mode the coinhive can be seen...what can I do.. im using a hp laptop which ihad already formatted once for this issue...aprt from win defender im using Malwarebytes free type..thatss all..please tell me the way out....experiencing this on my home broadband...but not the same on a hotspot with 4g coinhive proof 01.pdf coinhive proof 02(clean).pdf Edited November 11, 2019 by Andy65 Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...

Do you use default settings, ie. with protocol filtering and SSL filtering enabled? Do you have detection of potentially unwanted and unsafe applications enabled?
