I want to follow up with the respective colleague. AFAIK, it´s being parsed by the mail protection plugin, and the information in the notification is coming from message header. pps 4 Posted October 25, 2019 Author Share Posted October 25, 2019 Hello, Those mails are directly from the endpoint security using email notifications directly to our ticketing system. Those mails where deleted by eset so I cannot find the original message at all but I can find it only in Remote Administrator Quarantine. ACTION TAKEN deleted The question is why there isn't a "To" to the second detection. Can you guide me to upload the quarantine mail as file somewhere, to be sure that the mail hasn't a "to" field?
