NOD32 13.0.22.0

Today I noticed the orange dot on the ESET icon in Win7 system tray. I opened NOD32 and saw 'updates stopped by user'.

So I checked for updates and version 13.0.22.0 came down and installed, with reboot.

So far I'm running without issues on two Win7 Home Premium 64-bit PCs. 🙂

Interesting. Are sure with this numbering?

My ESET NOD 32 tells me to reboot for new Version 12.2.31.0 (Windows 10 Pro 1903 18362.418)

BTW; If I check the file versions with the offical numbering, there is a difference.

I thinks the guys at ESET Marketing are wide Forward with their numbering, as the technicians Count much slower.

I've made a private list of found Eset Versions (all downloaded at eset.com)

New versions are released slowly and sometimes diffrent countries will get it at different times. Also some countries get different version numbera  believe e.g. due to language differences

That's correct. For instance, the uPCU to v12.2.31 was released only for 3 languages due to a problem with the upgrade message that would manifest during upgrade to v13.

Hi,

since i have updated my ESET to 13.0.22.0 version, the first day i got the update and after that i am getting "SECURITY ALERT" in red because of "DETECTION ENGINE OUT OF DATE" and ESET LIVEGRID IS NOT ACCESSIBLE". And when i go to update option to check for the updates i am getting error of "modules update failed: update authorization failed. Please check if your licence is valid".

But my licence is valid till 2/12/2021 (auto renewal) and this is for 3 devices.

Please suggest what if the solution for this and how to make update for my modules.

Thanks

I was able to find only one license for ESET Mobile Security registered to your forum's email address. Please provide your public license ID if you also purchased a license for ESET Security (EAV/EIS or ESSP).

You must have purchased your license somewhere in the past. Where was it? Do you have any confirmation email sent after purchase? If not, you should contact the seller from whom you purchased your license.

The public license ID doesn't exist. You'll need to contact the seller from whom you purchased the license and provide them a proof of purchase, e.g. a receipt if you purchased a retail version in a store.

so it means if i don't any proof, then i wont be able to get issue resolved?

Correct. If you are unable to contact the seller, it sounds weird. When purchasing a license, purchase from an authorized distributor or reseller so that you don't buy a leaked license that will be canceled.
