Hello

some of my servers do not access to internet because of that this warning appears on my console.is there any solution to disappear the warnings.I disable LiveGrid from policy but my server`s status got critical. is there another way(disappear LiveGrid Warning)??

Are the servers completely offline, ie. they don't have access to a proxy server providing access to ESET's servers? I assume they are not completely isolated since they can access the ESMC server, are they?

You can disable LiveGrid on completely offline computers in the EFSW advanced setup -> Detection engine -> Cloud-based protection.

my esmc server is completely offline and it can not be work as a proxy .

You can disable the alert in the Application statuses setup then:
