Android Studio warning

Hello,

In Android Studio when we build we get the below warning:

Your anti-virus program might be impacting your build performance. Android Studio checked the following directories:

   C:\Users\*username*\.gradle
   C:\Web\Android\platforms\android
   C:\Android\android-sdk
   C:\Users\*username*\.AndroidStudio3.5\system

 

Is any other way except from adding path exceptions?

Does temporarily pausing real-time protection actually make these warnings go away?

@Marcos Yes, pausing real-time protection make the warning go away.

without AV realtime Protection:

Gradle build finished in 29 s 907 ms

with AV realtime Protection:

Gradle build finished in 1 m 54 s 203 ms

Try excluding Android Studio process then under process exclusions.
