I bought the NOD32 smart security software package for three computers for one year from a computer accessories store, but when I try to renew my subscription with the attached card I get this message (in the attached picture) I don't know why! I would like to say that the program was installed in the past and expired for a long time and did not renew it only now. Can any one help me and told me what must i do !? -by the way i sent this email to ( service@esetme.com ) from 2 day ago ,but no answer !! For faster response include your License details (License Key or Username or Public Id) 2, Please download and install the latest version of ESET from www.eset.com. You have v9 installed. 3, Check C:\Windows\System32\drivers\etc\hosts and make sure there are no records of *.eset.com. 4, Run a full disk scan with ESET Online Scanner.
