Hi every one...
I bought the NOD32 smart security software package for three computers for one year from a computer accessories store, but when I try to renew my subscription with the attached card I get this message (in the attached picture) I don't know why!
I would like to say that the program was installed in the past and expired for a long time and did not renew it only now.
Can any one help me and told me what must i do !?
-by the way i sent this email to ( service@esetme.com ) from 2 day ago ,but no answer !!
