problem with showing settings on eset internet security.

everytime i'm trying to enter eset internet security advanced settings it's showing me a blank window without the settings.

i upoloed a screenshot so you would better understand it.

i don't want to reinstall the operating system again from the begining so please if anyone know how to resolve this problem please try to assist me with this problem.

Couldn't it be that you have Windows 10 Insider Preview build installed? If so, you'll need to wait until Microsoft reverts a particular change they've made recently to make it work wit ESET and probably other AVs too.

is there a way to unistall it,i mean to revert it back before the update of the insider preview?.

I don't think it's possible to revert an IP build. According to https://www.howtogeek.com/274780/how-to-switch-from-windows-10s-insider-preview-back-to-stable-without-reinstalling/,  my understanding is that you can switch between IP and stable builds only when they are same. Otherwise you'd need to reinstall Windows.
