My own website shows in backlist by ESET, pls help

Recommended Posts

Hi,

My website berlinlasers.com has stopped work more than one month. We have also removed JS code Hijacking credit card information from our website.

The website is working correctly. However, it is still in blacklist of ESET. Users cannot visit us successfully. Anyone else can help us?

We are stopped, getting no good idea. How can I connect ESET to remove us from blacklist? Pls help, thank you in advance.

First of all, this forum is not meant to be a channel for disputing detections or url blocks. Please refer to How do I report a false positive or whitelist my software with ESET? in the FAQ section on the right-hand side of this forum.

Secondly, your website was compromised and still contains javascript malware detected by ESET as JS/Spy.Agent.P.

Your website is still infected, i checked with other AV program and its not just ESET that blocks it.

Would you pls give me more good suggestion for this problem?  Actually our website builder has removed JS/Spy.Agent.P., and updated website to new version.  It is using safe now, and contacted our local ESET agent to remove us from blacklist successfully.

If possible, would you pls show me more about other AV program? We will try to solve it immediately.  Thank you in advance.

Thank you Admin, it is the first time we are meeting such problem. We have removed JS/Spy.Agent.P.  and updated website version. After contacted ESET, they have removed us from blacklist a few days ago. Thank you so much.

It might be indeed that you have removed the malicious code but still these 2 engines haven't changed their detection, or might be still in your code something.

But in VirusTotal , ESET is not detecting anything in the website.
