Can you please contact the ESET office / partner, that sold you the license? Those are very basic questions, that should be easily resolved with the help of them. 

Such task should be shown after creation in ESMC, however it might be not shown as executed (stuck in "planned" state), till it replicates to the client (if the client is connecting OK).

after upgrading Eset management console to version 7 suddenly all of my tasks disappear .new tasks get disappeared too.

We have insufficient information. As stated, please contact the official representative that have sold you the license. Without relevant logs, or at least screenshots from the environment, we won´t be able to help.
