Hi,

I have windows 10 system ( Windowns 10 Enterprise Build 16299  ) with Eset Smart Security 10 ( 10.1.235.4 ), and have a problem with my Anti-theft feature of Eset.

in login screen of windows i see another user named `guest11` and this user dont have any password and any one that start my system can login to it.

3 days ago i think my system become infected.. cause when i delete this user from Computer Management it come back when i logout of system and login again...

I dont know what to do?

If you enabled Anti-Theft and performed a test or marked the device as missing, a phantom account is created. It allows login without password to a restricted account.

Do I need to delete the phantom user and deactivate the Anti-Theft feature? I need to delete this guest user...
