Renew license screen blank

When I click on the renew license button (from the email or web site), after entering my user key the screen is blank. I have tried three different web browsers (iMac) and also on my iPad. Same thing. Any ideas? Thanks

Unfortunately we don't know what website / url you are attempting to renew your license through. Since you are from Canada, it's likely that the website is under control of ESET, LLC. Please contact your local customer care.
