Install Issue on asus chromebox 3-n017u

I get to the end where it asks which child its for, i choose, it goes to the next screen to activate uninstall protection and I cant go any further the next button shows up but it wont click.

Since you have posted in the General forum, are you talking about ESET Parental Control or ESET Mobile Security? Could you please post a screen shot or photo for clarification?
