ChristophBerthoud 0 Posted October 8, 2018 Posted October 8, 2018 I have deployed a new ESMC Virtual Appliance, pulled my database across and re-configured the new VA to take the place of the old ERA VA. I have updated and run the client task "Security Management Center Components Upgrade" to deploy the new management agent to my clients but now my clients are showing the new EMA Agent and old ERA Agent. Looking into the installation the ERA Agent binaries have been replaced with the EMA binaries so a traditional 'uninstall' won't work. How do I safely/correctly remove the old agent entry.
