Reports here cannot be tracked and also tackling certain issues may require several iterations with developers during which various logs or dumps may be requested. Issues such as yours involving a non-standard OS configuration not in wide use are for all practical purposes impossible for most form members to assist in. Simply because members have no experience in both use of the configuration and its impact on Eset retail products operation. Bottom line - members are not ignoring the posting, they just have no expertise to offer in resolution of it.
