Erwin - IT support groep 0
Hi, Is there a way to manually do a check to check if there are new alerts on a particullary device? Like a device is saying that the virus database isn't up to date since 29-5-2018. The device has been online since then. Normaly the update will go automatic and the alert should be gone, right? But the alert keep staying there. If we can re-run the check manaully they error will be gone. Is there a way for this?
Administrators Marcos 4,694 Posted May 30, 2018 Administrators Share Posted May 30, 2018 Please check details of the client and check when it connected to ERAS last time. If too long ago, try sending a wake-up task to enforce connection to ERAS. If that doesn't help, check the ERA Agent log status.html on the client for possible errors. Erwin - IT support groep 0
Dear Marcos, Thanks for your answer. They device did connect today, so that will means they update just failed? I could check the client if it failed or not, but that is time comsuming to do for all devices.
