You can download a prticular installer and enter the appropriate URI in a software install task. If you have a local http server, you can use it to make the installer accessible via url. Also, what is the use case of creating a local repository? Why caching on a proxy server level is not suitable for you? You can use a simple 3rd party http server to share them via http and enter the correct url in a software install task when rolling out Endpoint on clients.
