doctorx 0
i have told nod32 to exclude several extensions. But if i go into Protection Statistics, i see they are getting scanned regardless. Is this a bug in 7?
Arakasi 549
Hello doctorx. Thanks for your post. It is my belief there is a slight difference in the scanning your seeing in protection statistics and the real time scanning exclusion you created which may be for when you interact with said program or file by selecting, clicking, or opening and Eset watches what happens and analyzes. Which would be for everything you the user is doing on the computer. I may be wrong, so please wait for official Eset response and that i may recieve corrections. Administrators Marcos 5,231 Posted November 27, 2013 Administrators Share Posted November 27, 2013 The number you're referring to probably means the number of files that have gotten through real-time protection but it doesn't necessarily mean they were scanned.
