If you are still seeing an error, click on that 'contact support' (which redirects to the ESET United Arab Emirates website) and either contact Telephone support on +971 (4) 3754052 from 09:00-17:00, Sunday to Thursday, or fill in the form on that page for ESET to get back to you. Usually you would receive an automatic email back to let you know how long it will take for them to respond.
