Activation error

Now that it has been a couple of hours, try to register your activation key again.

If you are still seeing an error, click on that 'contact support' (which redirects to the ESET United Arab Emirates website) and either contact Telephone support on +971 (4) 3754052 from 09:00-17:00, Sunday to Thursday, or fill in the form on that page for ESET to get back to you.

I have contacted the support in middle east, but they asked me to send the screen shot to their support email address. I sent, but no response. 

I made support request also. but nothing happens

That's unfortunate to hear. Usually you would receive an automatic email back to let you know how long it will take for them to respond. If it has already been longer that that, have you called them back to mention that you sent the screen shot and asked for a follow up?
