today i notice that all my computer are on 100 % cpu usage only when i go to this site : hxxp://www.subscenter.info/he/ there is a problem with this site ? all my computers are win 10 and have smart security 10 not same versions .

I noticed your using version 10. Version 11 is out which has newer features, bug fixes and improvements. Updating is free as eset licenses by product rather than version number
