During installers creation, it will be downloading multiple metadata and installer files from ESET repository servers (repository.eset.com). Once of downloaded file is windows executable - any chance it gets blocked by firewall? I would also recommend to check SERVER's trace logs (/var/log/eset/RemoteAdministrator/Server/trace.log) for Errors from time you tried to create installer.
