Web Control and https error before Website Blocked

I have the below issue when prohibit access to specific category https web sites:

I get this error in chrome (Capture1):

This site can’t provide a secure connection

torrents.me sent an invalid response.

Try running Windows Network Diagnostics.

ERR_SSL_PROTOCOL_ERROR

and If I enable the Enable SSL/TLS protocol filtering in SSL/TLS from WEB AND EMAIL options (Capture2)i get the below error (Capture3):

Your connection is not private

Attackers might be trying to steal your information from torrents.me (for example, passwords, messages, or credit cards). Learn more

NET::ERR_CERT_COMMON_NAME_INVALID

Proceed to torrents.me (unsafe)

same happens in firefox too.

Is there any way to get rid of this error pages and get directly to the Eset Web site blocked notice (Capture4)?

Maybe you can whitelist the website
