Scheduled On-Demand Scan task are not triggered automatically from ERA.

ESET Endpoint Protection depolyed in 40 systems & excute On-Demand Scan task with daily @11:00 in client task, but scheduled On-Demand Scan task are not triggered automatically in many systems, also ERA clients communicate with server successfully.

ERA depolyed in MS Windows Server 2012 R2
ESET Endpoint Security V.6.5.2107.1

So please see attached On-demand Computer Scan report and give solution as soon.

Do you mean that scheduled scans do not run at all and no on-demand scan logs appear on clients? Or the issue is with the time when scheduled on-demand scans are run?

Scheduled scan not run in clients and see report : today (13- oct.) run on-demand scan task in only 3 system.

You trigger is configured to end after 10 executions, which means that each client should execute this task exactly 10 times (even failures count). Seems that trigger is active since 19th September - any chance "problematic" clients already executed this task 10 times since?
