Administrators Marcos 5,241 Posted September 14, 2017 Administrators Share Posted September 14, 2017 Please provide a video demonstrating the issue. I don't think such behavior could be cause by AV, hence I would suggest temporarily uninstalling ESET. I assume that it won't make any difference. Cousin Vinny 6
That looks like a video driver issue. Try installing the nVidia driver from the Lenovo or nVidia websites. An immediate fix may be to disable hardware acceleration in Excel.
Administrators Marcos 5,241 Posted September 14, 2017 Administrators Share Posted September 14, 2017 Yes, it's highly unlikely to be caused by ESET, especially since the issue persists after uninstalling ESET. If you can afford installing Windows from scratch, I'd gradually install drivers and MS Office. Then I'd create a restore point and install ESET. Administrators Marcos 5,241 Posted September 18, 2017 Administrators Share Posted September 18, 2017 I'm sorry but if the issue persists after completely uninstalling ESET it's highly unlikely that it's ESET related.
Karmadyota 0
It can be a RAM problem or a graphics card related problem AVs cant do the screen flickering There must be something that is putting high load on your RAM Either you have a defective RAM or you can install more RAM And the problem is not related to AVs
